Are you known for your obsession with quality and your attention to detail? Do you have a highly organized and logical approach to problem solving? When presented with a large and complex set of variables, do you innately know how to prioritize and formulate a strategy and design a clear plan?

Peak Nano is looking for a Director of Quality who possesses these traits and more. In this critical position you will have the opportunity to develop, scale, and own a robust quality system.

We are looking for someone with experience managing quality for high precision, tight tolerance parts and devices. You must possess the ability to execute like nobody else and be a pro at follow up and follow through. You’ll operate at a high tempo and pace to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Optical Engineering or in a related field

• 10+ years of management experience in a Quality role

• Experience developing, building out, and implementing a QMS

• Experience reporting to senior leadership and executives

• US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical or Optical Engineering or related field

• Experience leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, and/or Smartsheet to track, manage, and communicate the work your team does

• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance
