Office Administrator

Description

Peak Nano is seeking an Office Administrator that will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively as well as assist the Marketing team in trade show logistics and social media postings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• • Office supplies management

  • Calendar and travel management

  • Executive assistance to leadership

  • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and manage inventory for trade show and event materials
  • Assist in coordinating visits from customers, vendors, investors, and government representatives
  • Provide cross functional support to the broader marketing team as project needs arise
    

• • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork

  • Vendor and contract coordination

  • Expense report management

  • Event and activity coordination

  • NDA Management 

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Arrange catering and meeting logistics

  • Ownership of conference rooms and shared spaces

Required Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with POs and inventory management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of office management or business administration experience

  • Exposure to event coordination or trade show support 

  • Experience with ERP systems or HRIS software
