Sarah’s journey with Peak Nano began as an intern while she was a rising senior at the University of Cincinnati. Peak Nano's Internship / Co-op Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Yes. Many interns and co-ops transition into full-time roles; however, you will still need to apply and complete the standard interview process to ensure fairness and alignment with our hiring practices.

Yes. Housing assistance is available during the summer semester. We are actively exploring housing options for additional semesters.

Yes, but only under special circumstances. We’ve found that having students onsite creates a richer learning experience and supports stronger collaboration.

Peak Nano Internships are part-time positions permitted only during the summer and designed to give students exposure to their field of interest.

Peak Nano Co-ops are full-time, available year-round, require students to be actively pursuing a degree and receiving school credit, and provide substantial hands-on experience related to their major.

No. Interns and co-ops are not eligible for Peak’s company-provided benefits plans. This means they do not receive paid time off (PTO) and are not paid for Peak holidays, regardless of the number of hours worked.
